I have already had some of the services/tests listed in your packages. Can I customize the package based on my individual needs?

Yes, we can customize any package to your needs. However, if you have had a test recently, please provide us with the results so that we can better assess your health.

Does my insurance cover these services?

In most cases, insurance does not pay for our services since they are preventive. However, we are happy to provide you with ICD-9 codes to assist you with reimbursement.

How long does your program take?

Depending on the extent of the preventive healthcare program you choose, you may spend a full day, or up to four days at WellMax.

What should I bring to my initial appointment?

Bring all pertinent medical records, medications, supplements and appropriate attire (comfortable clothes/shoes for fitness and treadmill testing). If you were sent the questionnaires prior to your appointment, please bring them with you, completed.

Are your prices different dependent on the season?

Our prices remain the same throughout the year. However, we sometimes have limited time offers on certain services during the summer months. Please inquire about any specials.
